sports injury
The back is one of the larger areas of the human body and is made up of multiple components, such as bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and blood vessels.  Most importantly, this is the region of the human body that serves as the home for the spinal column and is responsible for protecting it.  The back serves as the powerhouse of the human body by supporting other regions of the body, and allowing for movement of the legs, head, and arms.  This is a complex region of the body and it is important to have a proper understanding of the back and how it functions to help eliminate injuries from occuring or to properly diagnose an injury if it does occur.
